Deposit
Every appointment will requires a deposit to secure a booking. Deposits are non-refundable and the cost is deducted from the final cost.
Policies
A notice of 72 hours (1 week for courses) is required to reschedule an appointment or the deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling requires an additional non-refundable $50 fee ($250 for courses).
The deposit will be forfeited if the client fails to show up to their appointment and an additional $50 fee will be applied to rebook. It will be necessary to go through the online booking process again. Appointment rescheduling fee is $50 (does not apply towards the service), Course rescheduling fee is $250 (does not apply towards service).
NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICE
All services rendered by The Refinery Lab are provided on a non-refundable basis. This includes, but is not limited to, all courses, microblading services, eyelash extension services, microblading course kit, and eyelash extension kit regardless of usage.
COURSE POLICIES
ATTENDANCE/CANCELLATION/NO SHOW
Class attendance is the student’s responsibility. If the student can not attend the scheduled class, the deposit will be forfeited.
RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION/NO SHOW
The deposit will be forfeited if the client fails to show up to their course. In the event the attendee is unable to attend the course and would like to reschedule to next available course date, 1 week (168 hour- NO EXCEPTIONS) notice is required, It will be necessary to go through the online booking process again. Course rescheduling fee is $250 and does not apply towards the cost of the course.
CANCELLED OR RELOCATED CLASSES
The Refinery Lab Microblading Ombre Training Miami reserves the right to cancel a class at its discretion. Students shall be notified and refunded 100% of their amount paid if the class is cancelled. The Refinery Lab Microblading Ombre Training Miami reserves the right to relocate a class if unforeseen circumstances force us to do so. Students will be notified as soon as the new location information is confirmed and established.

Payment
Cash and major credit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), however additional fees may apply for credit card payment.
Important
If your brows were previously tattooed please understand that unfortunately The Refinery Lab does not do cover-ups/reworks. Please do not make an appointment. If you are found to have previous work during your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
Extended Touch Ups
Touch Up Rates for brows are for 6-8 weeks following initial service at The Refinery Lab Only.
This touch up appointment rate is only for touch ups ONLY within 6-8 weeks (42-56 days) of original appointment. Touch up prices go up by $50 every 8 weeks from original appointment date.
The rates are as follows:
6-8 weeks: $185
8-16 weeks: $235
16- 24 weeks: $285
24-32 weeks: $335
32 weeks and up: current full price
