Please review all our policies prior to booking an appointment with us. 

ABOUT YOUR SERVICE

  • Microblading is a semi-permanent makeup application. Although 3D Eyebrow Microblading is effective in most cases, no guarantee can be made that a specific client will benefit from the procedure. The results are predominately excellent. However, a perfect result is not a realistic expectation. It is usual and it is advised to expect a touch-up after healing is completed.

  • Initially the color will appear more vibrant or darker compared to the end result. Usually, within 5-7 days the color will fade 40-50%, soften and look more natural. The pigment is semi-permanent and will fade over time. Additional Touch-Ups are likely needed within 1 to 2 years. If additional touch-ups are required, they will be charged accordingly. 

  • Healed results can differ with each individual client and filling in eyebrows may still be needed, especially to achieve a dramatic appearance or under makeup. There are many factors that affect the healing process that we have no control over ( for example, your microblading aftercare, or how your skin heals and retains pigment). 

    ABOUT YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • A non-refundable deposit is required in order to book and confirm every new appointment. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your session.
    If you choose to cancel your appointment or are a no-show, you will automatically forfeit your deposit.

  • Appointment rescheduling fee is $100 (does not apply towards the service) and must be requested 72 hours prior to service (NO EXCEPTIONS), Course rescheduling fee is $300 (does not apply towards service) and must be requested 1 week (168 hours, NO EXCEPTIONS) prior.

  • If you are a NO CALL NO SHOW for any of our services, you will no longer be able to make an appointment with us in the future. It's mutual respect and courtesy to contact and let us know that you will not be able to make it to your appointment.

  • Pricing is subject to change at any time. Please note that our rates may increase or vary in the case of traveling, events or in special circumstances.

  • The touch up appointment must be booked no sooner than 6-8 weeks to give your skin the appropriate time needed to fully heal before attempting to microblade it again. This appointment is high recommended and is suggested for best results. It is the clients responsibility to book their touch up appointment within the appropriate time frame. 

    CLASS POLICIES

    ATTENDANCE/CANCELLATION/NO SHOW
    Class attendance is the student’s responsibility. If the student can not attend the scheduled class, the deposit will be forfeited.

    DEPOSIT AND BALANCE
    A deposit is due upon signing for any course, and remaining difference is due 1 week prior to course date. All seats with balances not settled 1 week prior to course will be released and deposit retained (non-refundable).


    RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION/NO SHOW
    The deposit will be forfeited if the client fails to show up to their course. In the event the attendee is unable to attend the course and would like to reschedule to next available course date, 1 week (168 hour- NO EXCEPTIONS) notice is required, it will be necessary to go through the online booking process again. Course rescheduling fee is $300 and does not apply towards the cost of the course.

    LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS
    Last minute cancellations (within 5 days prior to class) are considered a NO SHOW. If the attendee canceled last minute, they will no longer be allowed to reschedule or make an appointment for future dates. NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY will be applied for the entirety of the payment.

    NO CALL NO SHOW
    If you are a NO CALL NO SHOW for any of our classes, you can no longer apply for any of our courses in the future. Please contact us if you will need to reschedule (1 week prior) or if you will not make it to your class. This is mutual respect and courtesy between you and the company.

    CANCELLED OR RELOCATED CLASSES
    The Refinery Lab Microblading Ombre Training Miami reserves the right to cancel a class at its discretion. Students shall be notified and refunded 100% of their amount paid if the class is cancelled. The Refinery Lab Microblading Ombre Training Miami reserves the right to relocate a class if unforeseen circumstances force us to do so. Students will be notified as soon as the new location information is confirmed and established.

    NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICE
    All services rendered by The Refinery Lab are provided on a non-refundable basis. This includes, but is not limited to, all courses, microblading services, eyelash extension services, microblading course kit, and eyelash extension kit regardless of usage.
